Amethyst Friday - Coasteering and Sitons

Paul was a champion traverser and has a medal to prove it! Ruth and Rose had an amusing time trying to get onto a siton! Lindsey beat the others at the siton standing wrestling competition! (not actual wrestling - ed).

Dan's group swam all afternoon in bouyancy aids and helmets - what a feat! There were also some impressive jumps from heights taller than ourselves!
