The day started with a 6am start for Eve, Ben and Junior to do some exercise! Haha (I joke, I Joke). Lou did some spectacular dives into the ground, Junior took some brave jumps off the rocks. We generally had a fantastic time. The seal made a super appearance... until the Glamour girls put their feet into the seaweed (spaghetti and tagliatelli) and then the screaming started (it hasn't quite stopped).

A massive game of frisbee began but it was time to kayak and fall in a lot (well Nick and Sam anyway)!

Jill and Dave sent us to bed but sleep wasn't to be had until 4am!
